  • Warehouse dock doors, dock plates, and dock safety systems are functioning properly.

  • MHE Equipment covers are in good shape and no cracks or holes (dash covers, front motor covers, etc.)

  • Pallet Inverter and Pallet Wrapper systems are operational and function by design.

  • Equipment Lock Out / Tag Out systems are utilized and processes followed by Team Members.
