Arrival phase

  • 1. FOD- pre-arr & dep check carried out? Ramp area & equipment clear?<br>

  • 17. Is the belt loader properly positioned away from cargo door sill? Is the belt loader properly chocked with handrails raised (if equipped) - no staff walking, standing or sitting on moving conveyor belt?<br>

  • 18. Have the correct loading policies and procedures been followed for aircraft type?

  • 19. Have all bingo sheets (manual or automatic) been completed correctly with flight number, date and destination? Do bingo stickers have correct flight number, date, destination and readable tag number?

  • 20 . Do the loading team check the tags of each bag as it is loaded?

  • 21. If an electrical mobility aid onboard has it been loaded and secured in the correct way? Has the electrical terminals disconnected and secured to prevent inadvertent contact between them?

  • 22. Are bags loaded in respect to the maximum loading line?<br>

  • 23. Are all hold nets in the correct position and secure?

  • 24. Does the fuel truck have a clear exit? Earthing wire/bonding cable attached and in good condition? Deadmans handle used correctly?

  • 25. Does the dispatcher reconcile baggage loading with the loading supervisor before final reconciliation? Has the hold baggage of any customer who fails to board been offloaded and marked on the bingo sheet?<br>

  • 26. Does the dispatcher reconcile all documentation (LIRF, Bingo sheets, Loadsheet) flight deck before departure?<br>

  • 27. Has a full aircraft pre-departure inspection been completed before aircraft pushback?<br><br>

  • 28. Is the stand area left clear of fod and obstacles, chocks and cones removed and correctly stowed?<br>

  • 29. Is the correct start-up procedurte followed: - final clearance signal to cockpit crew; - by-pass pin displayed and acknowledgement received by flight deck.<br>
