Personnel Behaviours

  • Everyone wears the correct PPE prior to entering

  • No eating, No smoking, No drinking, No Food, No chewing gum and No person items in storage area

  • Product Package and Finished Goods are kept off floor or any unclean surface by operators

  • Finished Product package and product container are not used for alternative uses

  • Colour Coding System is followed, no mis-usage, items return to proper designation storage location after using

Equipment

  • Departure Dock are in good state of repair, sealed properly, no mould detected, temperture is controlled not above 4C

  • Pallet Racks are free of dust accumulation

  • Pallets are in good state, damaged pallet is removed from production or storage area in time manner

  • No glass or brittle material allowed in production areas, no brittle material broken detected

  • No temporary repairs on equipment

  • Tools used for cleaning are in good state, no damaged, suitable to use and free product contamination risk

Storage

  • All containers or shippers , part bags with products or package are not damaged, and are adequately sealed or protected, labelled

  • Products or Packaging with Quality or Food Safety concerned are isolated and labelled properly

  • The organic products/items are stored in a defined location, separated from conventional products

  • Ice used for cooling are stored in clean pallecon and keep clean

  • Storage Rack and Storage Room are clean and neat, containers or itmes are clean, labelled and stored properly

  • Goods are stored away from the wall, no waste deteced along the wall

  • There is no overflow in the bin or container for waste collection

  • Work stations are neat, with no clutter, unecessay items

Pest Control

  • Pest Control Measures (insect lights, bait stations etc) are in good condition at fixed location matching to Pest Map and functioning

  • No abnormal pest or insect activity detected
