Fire Safety

  • Is the information relating to fire safety which should be displayed next to the fire panel up to date.?

  • Is there a Property Information Box (PIB) on the wall near the Fire Alarm panel?

  • Has the information within the PIB been checked this month and updated if required?

  • Is information relating to the testing of the fire alarm system clearly displayed?

Plant Rooms and Roof Areas

  • Are all restricted areas i.e. plantrooms/roof areas point locked and secure?

  • Is padding and signage, where provided, in place and marked on immovable obstructions?

  • Has all water treatment, maintenance and monitoring (Including monthly temperature<br>checks) been carried out and are records up to date?
