  • Regular Inspections of our vehicles is to ensure good health & safety practice and to identify early any maintenance / repairs etc requirements. Service unit managers are responsible for ensuring these forms are;
    1. Completed at the end of each month for each vehicle
    2. Send to fleets art
    3. Completed forms are kept in the office Health & Safety file fora period of 12 months.

  • Head Lights - Both Working

  • Tail Lights Operational

  • Vehicle Interior In Good Condition?

  • Tools / Jacks / Spanner etc present

  • First Aid Kit - Stored behind seat

List any other action items that need attention
