Does the Risk Assessment cover all emergency scenarios, eg: man over board, abandon ship and the severity based on activities being undertaken and are these covered in the vessel safety management plan.

Are the Emergency Procedures covered in the Site Induction, eg: muster points, where the LSA equipment is located.
