Safety materials

• Current First aid/CPR certification

• CD Barnes Safety Manual

• First aid kit ANSI/SEA Z308.1 2003 Check expiration date.

• At least 2 fire extinguishers. Inspected within year. Rated not less than 2A. 1 extinguisher per 3,000 SF of building (or at least 1 per floor for multi level building).

• OSHA SDS sheets posted (2 pages - location and new/revised sds's) this needs to be filled out by the site manager.

• OSHA 300 summary log for previous year posted (February 1 - April 30)
