The purpose and objective of this document is to enable Managers to evaluate the culture of quality within the firm and the example set by partners. This document can be used to evaluate the firm as well as specific partners on specific engagements

Manager Feedback

  • The partner behaved in a way that is consistent with the firm's values and quality management system

  • The partner emphasizes the importance of teamwork in the way they deal with the team

  • The partner embraces different perspectives or new ideas in the professional environment

  • The partner provided sufficient guidance, supervision and review throughout all engagements

  • Sufficient communication took place throughout the engagement and the partner/manager/senior is open and approachable

  • The engagement partner resolved differences of opinion in a way that is consistent with the Code of Ethics and ISQM 1

  • Ethical dilemmas were dealt with in a timely manner and in a way consistent with the code of ethics

  • Regular feedback was provided to the team members on issues or problems communicated to the partner

  • The partner empasized the importance of professional skepticism and professional judgement in the engagement
