Check the management suite rear door and roof door to ensure they are locked.

Walk towards the South.

Spin the handles of units 203, 204, F7, F6, F2 and F1 to ensure they are locked.

  • Is unit 203 door locked?

  • Is unit 204 door locked?

  • Is unit F1 door locked?

Check the roof door behind Pizza Hut is locked.

  • Is the roof door behind Pizza Hut locked?

Check inside the cleaning station.

Walk down the South escalator and head towards the West.

Open the double doors between Levi's and Mountain Warehouse fully so they stay open. Check to make sure the corridor is clear and the fire door is secure.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Open the double doors between Body Shop and Moss Bros fully so they stay open.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Carry on walking towards the West passing Nike and Yankee Candle.

Open the double doors between Nike and The Works fully so they stay open and check the fire door at the bottom is secure.

Carry on walking towards the West, enter the West Toilets Corridor.

Enter the male customer toilets.

  • Are the toilets clean?

  • Take a picture of the male toilets.

  • Are the toilets free from leaks?

Exit the male customer toilets.

Enter the female customer toilets.

  • Are the toilets clean?

  • Take a picture of the female toilets.

  • Are the toilets free from leaks?

Exit the female customer toilets.

Enter the disabled customer toilet.

Return to the Mall and check the West entrance doors.

Lock the West entrance doors.

Walk back towards the South and enter the double door between Lacoste and Caffè Nero. Open the doors fully to ensure they stay open.

Enter the West internal fire corridor. Spin the handles of all units fire doors to ensure they are all secure. Report any insecure units to control.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Exit the corridor towards the North. Open the double doors between Calvin Klein and Escada fully so they stay open.

Open the double doors between French Connection and Reiss fully so they stay open and check if the fire door at the bottom is secure.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Walk towards the North entrance. Check the North entrance doors.

Lock the North entrance doors.

  • Are the North entrance doors locked?

Walk towards the East. Open the double doors next to Penhaligons fully to ensure they stay open. Check the corridor is clear and the fire door at the bottom is secure.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Open the double doors next to Brooks Brothers fully so they stay open.

Enter the East internal corridor. Spin the handles of all units fire doors to ensure they are all secure. Report any insecure units to control.

  • Take pictures of any issues found.

Return to the Mall via the doors between Bellissimo and Starbucks and walk towards the East entrance toilet corridor.

Enter the male customer toilets.

  • Are the toilets clean?

  • Take a picture of the male toilets.

  • Are the toilets free from leaks?

Exit the male customer toilets.

Enter the female customer toilets.

  • Are the females toilets clean?

  • Take a picture of the female toilets.

Walk towards the South customer lift lobby.

Call the lift to the ground floor to ensure it is working correctly.

Spin units 71 fire door to ensure it is secure.

Enter the goods lift lobby and lower the shutter.
