    This document must be completed before you call your Team Manager to discuss the potential cancellation.
    Do not phone RST until you have spoken to your manager or covering manager.
    Any job where the customer is not at home when you arrive must be parked until you have spoken to your manager / cover at the end of the day.
    You must take your ladders off your van to check line of sight or whether your ladders are long enough etc and provide photos to support this.
