Has the store completed the CL Training? (do they know what that is and when its due?)
Has the store completed the Comp Plan training?

Do all demo phones work?
Does the store have a CL binder?
Is the store on pace for their observations?

o At least at 50% - October 17th Update
o At least at 75% - October 24th Update
o At least at 100% - October 31st Update
You will have a minimum NAE (activation units) CL goal in October of:
o Advanced exchange & Sales Only – 15
o Service and Repair – 25
