Closing checks to be completed by the duty manager closing the club Monday - Sunday This check must be completed by the duty manager closing the club paying particular attention to safety. Email this checklist to the Facilities team and Assistant General Manager

Men's and Ladies wet areas

  • Shower areas safe clean and presentable?

  • Toilets checked for safety and cleanliness?

  • Sauna & Steam rooms checked for safety and cleanliness and general condition and safe to turn off?

  • Check all wet areas for general safety such as slips and trips ensuring suitable signage is in place?

  • Check all areas are in a safe presentable condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Men's and Ladies dry areas

  • Check all dry areas for safety such as slips and trips?

  • Hair dryers and straighteners in good working order and safe to use?

  • Clothes irons and ironing boards in good working order and safe to use?

  • Check all areas are in safe a safe presentable condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Premier Plus lounge areas Men's and Ladies

  • Check all dry areas for safety such as slips and trips?

  • Check the hot drinks machines are operational with sufficient stock and safe to use?

  • Hair dryers and straighteners in good working order and safe to use?

  • Clothes irons and ironing boards in good working order and safe to use?

  • Check all areas are in a safe presentable condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

  • Check Ladies Premier plus temperature reading and record

  • Select from range

Pool area and sun deck area leading to changing rooms

  • Check that the pool dolphin is placed in the pool and safe to operate?

  • Check pool area for safety such as slips and trips and ensure relevant signs are out ready?

  • Check poolside changing facility is in a safe presentable condition?

  • Check the days pool tests have been completed and the the pool is safe to close?

  • Check that the sun deck area is in a safe condition with no signs of slip or trip hazards

  • Check all areas are in a safe presentable condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Floor levels 0 - 1 - 2

  • Floor walk levels 0 - 1 - 2 checking for good presentable condition and safety.

  • Check defibrillator is operational and with the correct contents (in date) ready for use.

  • Switch off the music system and check that the area is safe?

  • Collect department radios and record how many are present.

  • Radios present at Concierge.

  • Collect department keys and check all are present?

  • Check lobby area toilets are safe clean and presentable?

  • Check fitness area toilets are safe clean and presentable?

Sign as completed and email a copy to - General Manager - AGM - FTDM's - Facilities Department.
