• The Safety Officer will review each trade daily to ensure the Tool Accountability Log is completed accurately and initialed by both the instructor and CTT Manager to ensure compliance. The Safety Officer will take a photo of the Tool Accountability Log for each Trade and include them within this inspection.

• Upon completion of the Daily Tool Accountability, should a staff member conclude that there are missing tools or equipment, the staff member will:
  1. Notify the Department Manager.
  2. The Department Manager will notify the Safety/Security & Transportation Manager.
  3. The Safety/Security Manager will:
  a. Notify the Center Director
  b. Lockdown the area.
  c. Search and question all staff and students involved.
  d. Conduct a search of living quarters of all students involved and make every attempt to recover missing tools or equipment.
