Required Documents

Tires

  • Check tires for cuts, bad scuffs, tread and sidewall seperation

  • Tire Air Pressure

  • Adequate Spare Tire is Available if Necessary in Good Repair with No Visible Signs of Wear or Cracking in Sidewall

  • Is a tire jack and tire changing tool available

Exterior Body and Glass

  • The vehicle body, to include the roof, hood, doors fenders and all sides, are free of damage

  • Exterior vehicle components (bumpers, mirrors, grill etc.) are operational and free of damage

  • Windows and windshield (functioning and free of cracks or chips)

  • Vehicle is clean and free of excessive road grime and dirt

Safety Items

  • First-Aid Kit (adequately stocked with no expired items)

  • Fire Extinguisher<br>1. Safety Pin in place<br>2. Pressure gauge is within the green area<br>3. Discharge hose/nozzle in good condition<br>4. Extinguisher inspection tag is attached and inspected monthly
