  • If ASB, are there other tenants or the local community affected by the actions of the tenant? Is anyone affected by the tenants actions? Who and how?

  • If ASB or event arrears: consider the tenants personal circumstances. Have there Beenany changes in their circumstances that may have caused a change in their behaviour? Consider vulnerability. does the tenant require extra support? If so what action has been taken to assist?

  • Is it OHG procedure to make an offer of suitable alternative accommodation in this situation? Note: this does not apply to arrears, ASB, or other breaches in the tenancy agreement. Check the relevant procedure. If it is procedure, has the been an offer? Did the tendency refuse and why?

  • Was the tenant sort occupier asked whether they have any issues they think are relevant? Note any issues that they have

  • Describe any other situations which support the reasonableness of you decision to the notice?
