  • Are all employees wearing the appropriate PPE?

  • Has appropriate lighting been installed within the area and are they functional?

  • Has appropriate ventilation been installed within the area and is it functional?

  • Have all electrical appliances been correctly test & tagged and are free from any damage?

  • Are all exits clear from obstruction and functional in case of emergency?

  • Even surface- is the floor free of holes, cracks or lifting tiles/carpet causing tripping hazards?

  • Are heating/cooling units effective for the work area?

  • Clear instructions displayed for evacuation?

  • Are there any further notes to add to todays inspection?
