A. Delivery Requirements

• Exterior: Do the delivery vehicles have up to date federal or state inspection decals (to include emissions inspection if required), properly displayed license plates with current vehicle registration, and 2013 IFTA stickers (26,000 lbs or more vehicles only, if applicable)?

• Interior: Do the delivery vehicles contain fuel cards, IFTA license (if applicable), insurance certificate, vehicle current registration document(s), and accident envelopes?

• The previous night's DVIR must be carried in the vehicle while the previous 90 days must be retained in the delivery office. Are the required DVIRs in the trucks, previous days accounted for and retained in the office, and properly filled out?

• For the last 30 days, have all DVIR repairs and PMs been entered into SAM? Additionally, we're all required PMs completed within the correct mileage timeframe?
