Fish Room Inspection

  • Is the fish room free of any foul odor, and does it smell clean?<br>

  • Have the ventilation systems been checked for grease or buildup? Have the walls been cleaned, as well as the door handles?<br>

  • Can you tell me if the fish room has been organized and if the fish have been rotated as per First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method?<br>

Office/Miscellaneous Inspection

  • Are there hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper? As well as employees' hand washing procedure with laminated?

  • Could you let me know if the large bin outside is being emptied regularly and not overflowing?<br>

  • Could you confirm if the vicinity of the waste bin is clean and devoid of any littered trash?<br>

  • Can you confirm if the used oil containers and the surrounding area are clean?<br>

  • Are the offices clean and free of unnecessary clutter?

  • Do you know if the windows in the shop are clean?

  • Is the inventory room clean and organized? Set at the right temperature? Do you follow the FIFO method?<br>
