Windows and truck mirrors were cleaned

Driver/Passenger area free of garbage

Clean dashboard and dashboard gauges

Driver/Passenger area free of grease and grime (especially under pedals)

The backsplash behind the fryers and ceiling area is clean of grease.

The fryers and under the fryers are completely clean.

Spotless underneath and behind all appliances

Change fryer oil (when needed)

Has the utility room been cleaned? Did they fill up the water?

Empty grey water tank

Sinks cleaned

The countertops and the bottom were cleaned.

Sliding kitchen door cleaned.

The cabinet and shelving are wiped down inside (END OF WEEK ONLY) and out.

The fish Fridge was cleaned inside and out—no foul odor.

Refrigerators and freezers are cleaned outside.

Fire extinguishers cleaned

Clean switches and plugs

Floors cleaned

There is no residual batter or grease in the truck

Steps on the driver and passenger sides are completely clean

Outside of the truck, washed and degreased at least once a week

Wheels and tires washed and degreased.

Under 3 compartment sink and rails cleaned

(END OF WEEK ONLY) Empty all fridges and clean the insides
