  • Skills Development: <br>o Understand basic safety requirements such as PPE and workplace safety standards<br>o Understands basic hand tools required and their function<br>o Able to explain basic concepts in work quality with regard to paint application and property protection<br>o Able to understand how personal actions affect job production<br>o Shows desire to improve in all basic skill areas and is eager to learn more advanced concepts, skills, tools and equipment<br>

  • Perform Basic Crew Tasks:<br>o Able to perform tasks that do not require special training that will assist crew and job production (ie equipment loading, site cleanup, painter helper, etc)<br>o Performs basic tasks with only minor instruction from foreman<br>o Show urgency to complete basic tasks and start new ones throughout the work day<br>

  • Shows Responsible Behavior:<br>o Able to arrive for work on time (early) and perform consistently throughout the work shift<br>o Wears company approved work attire and has all required tools every day<br>o Notifies foreman in advance of sickness or personal obligations<br>o Communicates with office as needed (phone number changes, personal PO’s, etc)<br>

  • Demonstrates Strong Teamwork Ability:<br>o Able to communicate effectively with crew and foreman<br>o Understands role on crew and seeks to help any member of crew as able<br>o Knows what safety, quality and production goals are for crew daily<br>o Owns performance (good or poor) and works to improve self for benefit of team<br>
