Part 145.A.45(a)

All maintenance related Implementing Rules and associated AMCs, approval specifications and Guidance Material, all applicable national maintenance requirements and notices which have been superseded by an Agency requirement, procedure or directive and all applicable EASA airworthiness directives plus any non-national airworthiness directive supplied by a contracted non-EU operator or customer as well as Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations?

  • AMC 145.A.45(b) 2 If the organisation has an approval class rating in category A-Aircraft, does it hold and use the following maintenance data where published;<br>1. The appropriate sections of the operator's maintenance programme;<br>2. Aircraft maintenance manual;<br>3. Repair manual;<br>4. Supplementary structural inspection document;<br>5. Corrosion control document;<br>6. Service bulletins;<br>7. Service letters;<br>8. Service instructions;<br>9. Modification leaflets;<br>10. NDT manual;<br>11. Parts catalogue;<br>12. Type certificate data sheet;<br>13. Any other specific document issued by the type certificate or supplementary type certificate holder as maintenance data.

  • AMC 145.A.45(b) 3. If the organisation has an approval class rating in category B-Engines/APUs, does it hold and use the following maintenance data where published;<br>1. The appropriate sections of the engine/APU maintenance and repair manual;<br>2. Service bulletins;<br>3. Service letters;<br>4. Modification leaflets;<br>5. Non destructive testing (NDT) manual;<br>6. Parts catalogue;<br>7. Type certificate data sheet;<br>8. Any other specific document issued by the type certificate holder as maintenance data.

  • AMC 145.A.45(b) 4. If the organisation has an approval class rating in category C-Components other than complete engines/APUs, it should hold and use the following maintenance data where published;<br>1. The appropriate sections of the vendor maintenance and repair manual;<br>2. Service bulletins;<br>3. Service letters;<br>4. Any document issued by the type certificate holder as maintenance data on whose product the component may be fitted when applicable.

  • AMC 145.A.45(b) 6. If the organisation is only approved in class rating category D-Specialised services does it hold and use all applicable specialised service(s) process specifications?

In the case of a lengthy maintenance task involving a succession of personnel to complete such a task, itmay be necessary to use supplementary workcards or worksheets to indicate what was actually accomplished by each individual person. AMC 145.A.45 (e) 3.

Part 145.A.45 (f).

  • 145.A.45 (f). The organisation shall ensure that all applicable maintenance data is readily available for use when required by maintenance personnel.

  • AMC 145.A.45 (f) 1. Is data for personnel maintaining aircraft available in close proximity to the aircraft being maintained for supervisors, mechanics and certifying staff to study.

When computers are used are there sufficient computer terminals available in relation to the size of the work programme to enable easy access, unless the computer system can produce paper copies?<br><br>Where microfilm or microfiche readers/printers are used, are there sufficient to meet the work programme?
