Utilities

  • Manholes, pipes, and other objects are clearly marked to prevent striking or running into with equipment

  • Has the area been surveyed for overhead power lines and over head objects

  • Miss Utility ticket is on site when required

Housekeeping

  • Unused tools are kept out of walkways and work area to prevent slips and trips

  • Equipment platforms are clear of debris, trash, and other materials to prevent slip, trip,or fall

Work Practices

  • Employees are keeping clear of pinch points to hands, arms, feet, and legs.

  • Employees are keeping themselves out from between stationary and moving equipment to avoid crush hazards
