Clean and Gauge

  • Are all personnel using PPE

  • Has a toolbox talk been carried out?

  • Has an inspection of all pigging/cleaning/gauging equipment been carried out, highlighting any damage and/or deficiencies prior to the commencement of work?

  • Have all instruments been calibrated as required by the specification? And copies of the calibration certificates submitted to the COMPANY for approval?
