  • Ensure the services meet the requirements set out below specified by Fulton Hogan and otherwise achieve the purpose for which they are provided and within time-frames that have been agreed with Fulton Hogan

  • 4.1.3 – Carry out appropriate recruitment processes at the supplier’s expense, including:
     In house medical assessment / questionnaire to ensure “fit for purpose”
     Drug / Alcohol tests
     At least two reference checks
     Review of past performance and reveal any previous service engagements to Fulton Hogan or any previous employment directly with Fulton Hogan to include of supplier’s staff and confirming the supplier’s staff are fit mentally and physically to carry out the services

    4.1.4 - The Supplier will provide Fulton Hogan the following documents prior to the engagement of a member of the supplier’s staff:
     Signed employment checklist and declaration
     Copy of medical assessment
     Copy of most recent drug and alcohol test
     Copy of relevant licences
     Copy of back ground check and criminal vetting
     Copy of signed Fulton Hogan induction paperwork
