  • Do you think the engineer who carried out the works requires training in any field.

  • Do you think the engineer understands the regulations to the discipline post inspected.

  • Do you think the engineer required standards or regulations training.

  • Do you think the engineer is conscious of preventative maintenance and utilising the customer spend at time of visit to prevent unwanted alarms and faults.

  • Does the engineer need one to one site training technically and standards to deliver the level of service expected.
