All items on the Practical Completion Report will be assessed and reviewed using the below and repaired if deemed necessary. National Construction Code (NCC). Building Code of Australia (BCA). Building Regulations as specified by appointed RBS. Australian Standards (AS). VBA Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2015 (GST). Signed contract specification and or variations. Final signed plans and colour documentation.
