Is the layout suitable for the amount of team members to use it?

Are the Emergency Manual / Critical Incident chart in place?

Is the safe located in a secure and sensible location?

Is the Hotel required to follow the Food Safety Program?

Does the kitchen fulfill Fire/ Life and Safety requirements?

Is the layout conducive to the requirements?

Is there Emergency shutoff buttons / levers in easy to reach places?

Is the layout of storage / cupboards / cool rooms and freezers suitable?

Is there provision for fire extinguishers and/or hose reels?

Is there correct signage for fire extinguishers and/or hose reels?

Are there Fire Exits identified by correct signage?

Does the flow of the Fire Exits works?

Is there fire dampening in place in the riser cupboards?

Are there smoke detectors and/or Sprinklers in the rooms?

Are Evacuation maps and Innkeepers act (where required) visible?
