Fire Safety

Dust

  • Are suitable extraction methods being used effectively on site e.g. vacuums, dust bags, water suppression?

Electricity

  • Has the Temporary Electrical Supply Certificate been issued?

Housekeeping

  • Are walkways clear of obstruction?

  • Are cables and leads stored above head height?

Working at Height

  • If stepladders are being used, can three points of contact be maintained whilst carrying out the works on?

  • Have mobile towers been erected correctly e.g. brakes locked, guard rails and toe boards in place, diagonal bracing in position?

  • Are scaff tags clearly visible on all working at height equipment?
