Is the equipment in good condition not presenting a foreign body risk?

Confirm that the line is clean and no evidences of food debris?

Confirm that there are no temporary repairs on the line?

I can confirm that was no damage to hard plastic or other utensils?

Confirm there aren't any labels stuck on the KO/ TL desk?

Are the lines platforms kept in a visibly clean condition? (if available)

confirm there aren't any unattended chemicals?

Is the CW rejection bin locked ?

Is the CW cleaned ?

Is the Metal detector locked?

Are the metal detection test packs stored on desk. not in reject bin?

Is the memory test carried out as per our procedure?( Start and end of the shift)

Is Clean As You Go being adhered to ?

Packaging found on the line relevant only to the product being packed?

confirm that when line is not in use the packaging (Punnets, film, box ends, etc.) is retuned back to Packaging store?

confirm rubbish bins are clean?

confirm there is no food contact cleaning equipment missing from the Shadow-board?

Floors clean, well maintained and in good condition?

confirm that the red/grey trays found on the line are clean and free from damage?

Are all trays, boxes (including catch trays) stored off the floor?

If water bottles are used on the line confirm they are on a good condition and stored correctly?
