Summary

• Promotions are designed to create additional sales for your site and are mandatory as detailed in your Contract Manager Agreement.

  -Using additional shelf talkers to show the deal in every location that the line is stocked not just the promotional end.
  -Ordering sufficient levels of stock to support your expected sales from delivery to delivery, based on your sales history.
  -Training and following up on your staff on their TPC performance
