  • Is the common room displaying the correct promotional material- Posters correct/ promotional elements correct within the common room. Are the notice boards and leaflet stands holding the correct in date information? Any magazines in date.

  • All vending machines full and working?

  • Is the TV working including the remotes - are game consoles in good working condition with all controller and games, is the DVD working? Are they stored safely and is the TV clean.

  • Are all the sofas clean and in good condition? Is there unite colour cushions available?

  • Curtains and blinds fitted properly?

  • All lights, lamps and air condition in working order and are they clean?

  • Is the floor clean and in good standards?

  • Any other maintenance request.

  • Are there enough chairs available for students?

  • Are the walls clean and free from marks and chips? No blutac or sellotape.

Bin store and Garage

  • Is all the rubbish stores safely and correctly in the bins provided?

  • Is the floor free from clutter?

  • Are doors locked to the bin stores?

  • Is the garage tidy and free from obstruction?

  • Are the door to the garage locked and secure?

Office

  • Are all staff in correct Unite uniform?
