Is the completion of equipment installation in all respect as per respective drawings/documents?

Are bearings and hydraulic coupling lubricated with specified lubricant?

Is the rotor free in its bearings?

Is the pump/engine rotating direction correctly? (The orientation of the pump must match the arrow.)

Is the Oil Flushing of Oil Circuit over successfully? Is new oil filled in the hydraulic coupling and oil circuit?

Is the reverse rotation detection switch on hydraulic coupling and protection okay?

Are holding-down bolts fitted securely?

Are leakage lines for drain, wind, and gland directed correctly to prevalent drains?

Are the automatic recirculation valves and back pressure valve correctly fitted in the recirculation line?

Are oil coolers, oil pipes, and cooling water pipelines installed properly as per Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and General Arrangement (GA)?
