CLEAN is defined as free of dirt, build-up, sticker residue, grease, etc.

Good Condition is defined as in normal working order, free of rust, paint is acceptable, etc. Mark as incorrect if item does not function as intended.

EXTERIOR

  • Landscaping well kept, free of debris (cigarette butts, mints, etc.), not obstructing views

  • Lighting/Signage good working order, clean, welllit (main sign, enter/exit, canopy lights, stall stars, wall packs, menu housing, lot lights, etc.)

  • All Exterior Doors handles and Locks in good condition
