  • Has all Qinterra Technologies units been grounded to the wellhead and checked with a meter

  • Has employee checked all equipment including back up during this time

  • Was Wireline company able to confirm communication to there tools thru the PTA

Rig-Up

  • Is the unit spotted in a Safe Area using a spotter and wheels choked

  • During any crane operations was good visual and oral communication kept between crew and crane operator

  • Was PTA picked up to the wellhead inside the lubricator or with approved certified lift clamp

  • Has all electrical cables, pressure hoses been identified secured and roped off

  • Was wellhead pressure tested after installation of the lubricator

  • Has all shackles, sheave wheels, tie down points have safety pins attached

Run In Hole To Tractor Depth

  • Has good communication been set up between Qinterra Technologies and Wireline provider

  • Has employee presented the hoist operator with a print out of the Qinterra Technologies hoist procedure and discussed requirements

  • Has employee informed Wireline provider not to exceed a running in hole speed of 150ft/50m per minute

  • Has hoist operator noted RIH and POOH weights and compared to Cerberus model

  • Has employee maintained speed and tension as per procedure when running the PTA

  • Does employee know the dangers of connecting/disconnecting the slip ring cable, this should only be done by Qinterra Technologies employees

Pull Tool Out Of The Hole

  • Has employee advised hoist operator not to exceed 150ft/50m per minute when POOH

  • Has area been roped off and all relevant personnel made aware that the tool is coming back to surface

  • Has all procedures been followed by wireline company if using explosives or radiation

  • Was wellhead pressure bled off of the lubricator before removing lubricator

  • Was PTA laid down inside the lubricator or with the use of approved certified clamp

Before Departing Location

  • Has employee ensured that all Qinterra Technologies equipment is cleaned and PM,d as procedure

  • Has employee ensured that PTA has been flushed and topped off with hydraulic oil

  • Has employee met with Company Rep and had service order signed, crew performance completed and any issues disscussed

Arrival At Qinterra Technologies Facility

  • Has employee informed Operations Manager that he/she is departing location

  • Has employee offloaded the equipment and prepped for maintenance

  • Has employee cleaned and serviced all equipment and vehicles ready for the next operation

  • Has employee finalized the job packet and given all relevant documentation to Operations Manager

  • Has employee submitted electronic copy of job packet to the G:drive
