It does not include driving to and from their main place of work (commuting). This risk assessment is to determine your level of risk to yourself, passengers, pedestrians and other road users.

  • If your level of risk is deemed as major or significant additional mitigating controls will be required, such as additional training.

  • If you use your car to drive for work - the insurance must include business use. Please set an action and contact your insurance company to update. You must not drive for work until this is completed

  • Is the car less than three years old?

  • Does the car have a current MOT (UK) or NCT (IRE)?

  • When was the date of the last MOT?

  • The MOT/NCT must be in date - this is a legal requirement. Please set an action and arrange the MOT/NCT. You must not use the car on the road until this is completed
