Primary Items

  • These checks are designed to be completed by the vehicle's primary driver on a quarterly basis. After completion please submit the report to the Installation Manager.

  • Exterior Damage: Note any damage to the exterior of the vehicle. This includes dings, dents, cracks in the windshield, state of the paint job as well as tire condition and overall appearance. Take pictures of the damage found.

  • Oil Leaks: Make note of any obvious oil leaks and isolate where they are coming from if possible.

  • Headlights and Driving Lights: Perform a functionality test of the headlights. Check turn signals as well as high beams. Also perform a check of the brake lights. Take a picture of the headlamp lens on both sides.

  • Tow Hitch: Verify that your tow hitch and pin are in good working condition. Take a picture of your tow hitch and pin.

  • Windscreen Wipers: Check the functionality and condition of the windshield wiper blades.

  • Horn: Perform a test of the vehicles horn.

  • Admin and Safety: Ensure that you have a complete first aid kit as well as the proper vehicle documentation (current insurance card and permanent registration).
