Racking Inspection

Is the drive bearing assembly correctly installed?

  • Is the drive bearing assembly angled correctly to the pile?

  • Is all bearing hardware present: 2 threaded rods 5/8", 8 hex nuts 5/8", 4 flat washers 5/8", 4 conical washers 5/8" and assembled per the Valmont Manual?

  • Is all hardware torqued to 110 ft-lbs (+/-10)?

  • Is the hardware torque marked?
