Off Load

  • Confirm appointment delivery is for 88 Foster

  • Perform check to see if the truck has an ICC bar

  • Check dock plate to ensure it is safe/dock panel flashing green before entering trailer

  • Complete Yard Commander before offloading and after offloading the trailer. Fail even if 1 is completed

  • Uses the correct machine to offload the trailer

  • Perform 360 check of load for damages or potential sign of theft

  • Off load in correct designated area

  • Parked machine in correct designated area and pre-shift inspection card properly completed. Fail even if 1 is completed

  • Signed all BOL and DISF forms

Door Log

  • Was the correct PLP used?

  • Was the correct POs entered?

  • Were all applicable fields entered in the door log screen?

Receiving

  • Check the scale to ensure it is calibrated

  • Verify the load/BOL/DISF is correct. Fail if any 1 is not completed

  • Verify the Door Log time using the correct PLP

  • Prep area with conforming pallets (exception for Repack)

  • Look for the required packing slip

  • Perform sortation against the packing slip

  • Segregate waste accordingly (recycle, garbage, cardboard etc.)

  • Receive and circle the packing slip at all times

  • Enter all required fields on the RF (Match PO, Attributes, Restriction Code, Hold Code)

  • Make a bullet proof (if applicable)-if the product is not scannable

  • Segregate non-conforming products (damages, SS, OS & mis-ships)

  • Match the plate with the product once received

  • Place product in the green zone with a cone on it in a timely manner

  • Leave plated product in their work area and not pull it out

  • Stamp and date the paperwork/DISF and file accordingly

  • Photocopy a partial receipt and file accordingly (applicable for SPR)
