Completion of Weekly Audits - Scoring Subjectively
Subjective scoring should reflect the cleaning structure and the frequency at the site.
Consideration should be taken for any unforeseen incidents on site.
Audits should be carried out on a weekly basis by the Lorne Stewart Site Supervisor.
Each section of the audit should be scored 1 to 4 based on the following;
Score 4 - Very Good. Clear evidence of full completion of task to the required level expected.
Score 3 - Good. Clear evidence that the task has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
Score 2 - Fair. Clear evidence that the task hasn't been completed to the required standard.
Score 1 - Poor. Clear evidence that the task has not been completed.
