  • Items are marked and recorded properly?

  • Documentation of donations is kept?

  • Check for any high value items and see if they are in lost and found to ensure that items have not gone missing

  • Does the director know how to pull a detex report?

  • Are gap sheets being issued for missed punches?

  • Pull a report for the week prior to the visit and discuss issues found on the report with the director.
