  Temporary repairs cannot consist of tape,cardboard,non-metal detectable cable ties, rope or wood.
  A temporary repair is not a permanent solution and may be required of waiting for labour, parts etc.
  All temporary repairs will be assesses for food safety risk with permanent repair applied as to risk:
  HIGH RISK - Above Food Stream-24 Hrs
  MEDIUM RISK - Adjacent to food stream - 5 working days
  LOW RISK - Below food stream - 25 working days
