  • S - Seen - the development manager has actually seen or spoken to the resident on that day

  • X - ANO - A carer or family member has seen or spoken to the resident. Do not rely on another resident as some may not have good memories, dementia etc. This could also put extra pressure on them if something happened

  • A - Away - The resident is away from the development for whatever reason , apart from holiday

  • H - Holiday - When the resident is away on holiday

  • E - Empty - When we know the flat will be permanently empty

  • D - Disclaimer - Should only be used when you have a disclaimer signed by the resident for no contact. This should be updated annually

  • K - I'm OK - For use on sites where the "I'm OK@ facility is on the new warden call system
