2, Introduce yourself (unless you already know the person).
3, Tell them what you're doing.
4, The job and its stages.

9, Get commitment to act
Would you call for assistance to carry a load?
Would a mechanical aid make the task easier?
Do you have enough equipment to do the job safely?
Have you had a toolbox talk on manual handling?
Is it easy to get spares to the top of the plant?
Is there anywhere a lifting beam would make things easier?
Have you had manual handling training?
Is there a task where we need to improve manual handling?
Are there any tasks that could cause repetitive injury?
Are there any previous issues we need to be aware of?
