EMPLOYEES

  • Are you wearing appropriate uniform with name badge?

  • Are you wearing correct footwear, looking sharp and ready to be on floor?

  • Are you having full knowledge of the products(Plans&Devices) features and updated pricing before starting on the floor? <br>(This will be used for tracking situations like incorrect - sales, NBA, quotes and information).

  • Are daily tasks and targets shared by the Area Manager and are you clear and ready on them?

Opening duties

  • Floor is cleaned and in good condition?

  • All the lights/Demos are on and the background music is setted up ?

  • Are the mirrors/glass clean?

  • Ensure APP walls are organised and products are properly stocked and priced.

  • Ensure cash in registers and EFTpos machine is working

  • Are all cords anchored or covered?

  • Are the entrances and exits unobstructed?

  • Are floor clear of wet signs and safe for cux and staff?

  • Have you checked Redsource for New promos/product knowledge/pricing and updates?

  • Have you gone through TPG learning and ensure all trainings are up to date and are confident about products?

  • Can you confirm that all device tickets are correct and as per VStyle?

Demos and VMs

  • Are all the products on display up to date, locked-/secured and damage free?

  • Do all products pricing meet Vstyle standards?

  • Are the side wall promo boards and demo tables dust and goo free ?

  • Is the merchandise display clean and visually pleasing?

  • Are the APP walls fully stocked?

Stock STORAGE

  • Are all Stock stored safely?

  • Is the stock received dated, added to clickpos&SV inventory file?

  • Backroom Clean and tidy.

Wednesday Duties Completed?

  • Trade in & QSL dispatched

  • Banking

  • Vstyle Compile

  • Invoice Sent

Friday Duties Completed ?

  • Trade in & QSL dispatched

  • EOD Order checking

  • Updating manager on Stock and APP required.

Closing/Finishing Shifts

  • Clickpos and Uploads completed?

  • CARD/CASH matched?

  • Contract compliance done if any?

  • Store left in presentable shape for next staff member?

  • Trash and cardboards disposed if any when finishing shift?
