Reinstatement Section

  • Is there any evidence of crowning or Depression?

  • Quality of compaction?

  • Is there any evidence of edges fretting or poorly compacted?

  • Has the 150mm/ 250mm proximity rule been adhered to by the crew?

Slabs/ Mods & Concrete excavations

  • Has a Concrete excavation been completed?

  • Is the mix satisfactory?

  • Is the finish satisfactory with no marks or contamination?

  • Have Slabs been excavated?

  • Do the slabs/ mods rock or move on their foundations?

  • Do the slabs/ mods sit flush?

  • Has the crew used Kiln Dry sand or sealed the edges properly of slabs or mods?

  • Has the site been left clean and tidy?

Verge/ Unmade surfaces

  • Has the turf been relaid and tampered back satisfactorily?

  • Are there any stones above 10mm visible surrounding the dig?

  • Has any regeneration materials been used to complete and finish the dig correctly if required?

  • Is there any visible damage caused by this excavation, that might lead to a defect or customer complaint? Please take additional evidence of any visible damage.

  • Do the Crew need to return? If yes, please state reasons.

  • Has the audit Passed or Failed?
