I confirm in writing that I am (Tenant), responsible for lifting laminate floor coverings. I'm also fully aware in kitchen/bathroom areas that on occasions, wall tiles will need to be removed. If the tiles were installed by Torus recently, there is a possibility tiles will be replaced like for like. If tiles have been installed by you or previous tenant/s then HMS will not be able to replace like for like. I accept I am responsible for packing away valuables and sentimental items. I'm also aware that I have responsibility for taking up floorboards in loft areas where necessary.
