Using a tape measure, measure the distance from the floor to the pan under the projector as close to the center as you can. Make sure that your measurements are accurate as you will be recording them below.. Please work with a team mate if needed.
You will also measure the distance from the floor to the bottom of the projector screen as close to the center of the screen as possible. -

- Warp files for projectors or projector cubes
-Meeting canvas config files (create a zip of the c:\programdata\mechdyne\meeting canvas)

- NVIDIA configuration script
- Store these config files in their organized locations on the tech team laptop, service laptops, and on our SharePoint Viz Room Folder. -
Remember to clean all screens, close all compartment doors, return all chairs, and leave the room in a clean, neat state.
