  • Be sure to check all physical equipment. If at any time any equipment fails the inspection, create a ticket in the correct ticketing system and enter the ticket number and any other information in to the text box that appears with any no answer. Also notify the designated person with this information for tracking of the tickets.

    - Back up all configuration files.
    - Spyder config file
    - Warp files for projectors or projector cubes
    - Meeting canvas config files (create a zip of the c:\programdata\mechdyne\meeting canvas)
    - Projector settings files
    - DSP configuration file
    - NVIDIA configuration script.
    - Store these config files in their organized locations on the tech team laptop, service laptops, and on our SharePoint Vis Room folder.

  • Remember to clean all screens, close all compartment doors, return all chairs, and leave the room in a clean, neat state.
