Appliances: bringpro, Inc is not responsible for damage to plumbing, electrical systems, or for water damage associated with the connection or disconnection of washers, dryers, and ice makers.

Exterior Risks: Driving over the lawn, sidewalk, or other areas not designed for truck traffic. Doing so may cause ruts in the grass, cracking of concrete, loss of vegetation, damage to underground sprinklers, drain fields, or other damage. bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any damage or towing charges which may result, whether foreseeable or not.

Loading/Unloading: If bringpro, Inc is only providing loading or unloading services, bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any damages which may occur in transporting the furniture and is released of all liability after loading the truck or prior to unloading. We are only responsible for items in our immediate care, custody, and control.

Storage: If bringpro, Inc is loading or unloading into or out of storage, we are only responsible for damage caused while loading, transporting, or unloading. It is the customer's responsibility to provide padding (blankets, bedspreads, thick towels, padded paper, etc.) to protect their goods. Damage claims should be made within 96 hours of your move.

Unsafe/Unique Moving Circumstances: bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to items or surroundings, as a result of a specific customer request. The items are:

Packed by Owner Boxes: bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any damages to items as a result of customer packing. bringpro, Inc is only responsible for damages inside of customer packed boxes if the box is dropped or damaged while in our immediate care, custody, or control.

Particle Board Furniture: bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of moving assembled particle/press board furniture. bringpro, Inc is also unable to disassemble or reassemble particle/pressboard furniture due to the general fragile state of these pieces.

Flat Screen Televisions: bringpro, Inc is not responsible for any damage done to an un-packaged flat screen television(s). bringpro, Inc reserves the right to refuse transporting un-packaged flat screen televisions should it be deemed unsafe to transport.
