Are smoke detectors clearly uncovered and show no evidence of interference?

Belongings display no evidence of use of candles/incense burners/electric air fresheners

Clear paths of escape are maintained from the bed, study desk and ensuite areas to the door?

Residents electrical adapters and extension leads are BS and CE compliant

Residents appliances and devices do not overload the electrical sockets provided

Devices are stored correctly and without trailing wires which could post a trip hazard

Resident’s appliances and devices are compliant with the Halls Regulations

Is the bedroom adequately clean?

Is the resident routinely disposing of their rubbish?

Is the resident routinely washing their clothes and bedding?

Is the room free from dirty pots, pans and dishes?

Is the resident providing adequate ventilation in room?
